TROPICAL OVERNIGHT OATS

Overnight oats are the perfect breakfast for active people on the go. Save time by preparing your overnight oats the night before and leaving them to soak in the fridge. This way, you can just grab, go and enjoy the next morning. Soaked oats are also much easier for the stomach to digest which make them the ideal pre-workout breakfast. 

This delicious overnight oats recipe, using 3Bears Porridge Exotic Fruits, packed with summer flavours, has become a favourite for our 3Bears athletes all year round. Check out the recipe below:

Ingredients for one jar of overnight oats:

 

Toppings:

  • 1 peach
  • 1 apricot
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp almonds

 

Preparation:

  1. Mix porridge oats and coconut milk in jar and leave to soak overnight in the fridge.
  2. The next morning, chop almonds and fruit and add to oats along with the other toppings.
  3. Enjoy!!
