This recipe makes a fabulous evening on the dining table: Apple and goat cheese pizza baked with oatmeal! With the exactly right mixture of sweet and salty it simply tastes great! The recipe of our dear guest blogger @bikabee brings culinary delights. Have fun baking it and enjoy it!
200g sour cream 500g apples 3 tablespoons lemon juice 5 spring onions 50g pine nuts 150g goat cheese Olive oil Salt Pepper (honey)
Place all the dough ingredients in a bowl and knead with your hands for about five minutes.
Cover the bowl with a damp tea towel and let the dough rise for at least 45 minutes.
Peel and core the apples and cut them into thin slices. In a bowl, mix with the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the spring onions into thin rings and add them together with the pine nuts to the apples. Mix everything together.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, top and bottom heat.
Divide the dough into two balls of the same size, knead briefly and then roll them out both about 5mm thick.
Mix the sour cream with some salt and pepper and spread the dough with it.
Spread the apples, pine nuts and spring onions evenly on the dough and cover with thin slices of goat cheese.
Drizzle a little oil over the pizzas and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
Then eat with honey if necessary.
