For the dough:
300g wheat flour
50g 3Bears Porridge Pithy Classic
1 sachet dry yeast
1/2 tsp salt
2 tablespoons of olive oil
For the topping:
200g sour cream
3 tablespoons lemon juice
5 spring onions
50g pine nuts
150g goat cheese
