Apple Strudel Baked Oats

Everyone's talking about baked oats right now and no wonder - they are easy to prepare, taste like cake and when you use our 3Bears porridge flavours, they are even healthy as well! 

With just a few ingredients, you can transform our Apple and Cinnamon Porridge into a sweet and satisfying bowl of apple strudel baked oats.

So if, like us, you're an apple strudel lover who wishes you could eat your favourite desert every day, the good news is, with this recipe, you can. It's no added sugar, quick and easy and even completely vegan if you choose to use oat milk or any other plant-based milk alternative.

Recipe below...


(for two portions)

  • 100 g 3Bears Apple & Cinnamon Porridge
  • 150 ml oat milk or any other plant-based milk alternative
  • 5 tbsp sugar-free apple sauce
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • Optional: icing sugar to dust



  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  2. Using a blender, puree the porridge, oat drink and applesauce into a thick paste.
  3. Now, stir in the raisins and pour the baked oats batter into an ovenproof dish.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes, remove from the oven and enjoy.

Our tip: A large spoonful of applesauce and a dusting of icing sugar is especially delicious with a warm bowl of baked oats.
