Banana Bread for your spring brunch

Easter is (eats) different in 2020! The planned holiday is cancelled, spatial distance from friends and family makes plans burst...

But, there are also other things that are different! We finally have time to read the book that has been waiting for us on the bookshelf for ages. We let off steam in the kitchen and finally conjure up the dish that sounds so delicious..for example this delicious recipe: 3Bears Porridge Banana Bread.

Preparation time: 15 minutes | Baking time: 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

4 bananas
75g coconut oil
50g brown sugar
30g coconut blossom sugar
100g wheat flour type 550
50g walnut protein powder (or 50g more flour)
50g walnuts
50g 3Bears Porridge Poppy Banana
20g linseed
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of nutmeg
100ml oat milk

 

 PREPARATION:

  1. Mash the bananas in a large bowl with a fork.
  2. Warm the coconut oil slightly to make it liquid and pour it over the bananas.
  3. Chop the nuts and add them with the sugar, flour and protein powder.
  4. Now add the remaining ingredients and mix with the hand mixer.
  5. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees (circulating air) and fill the dough into a box form lined with baking paper
  6. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

    Decorate the table in springtime, serve the still warm Banana Bread and your spring brunch is ready.
