Beary Overnight Oats with Berry Jam

Easter is (eats) different -even if this year perhaps only a few people are sitting at the Easter table or you are celebrating Easter alone - you shouldn't do without enjoyment! Until Easter we will therefore provide you with many fabulous recipe inspirations for your Easter brunch. This will turn your Easter table into a culinary masterpiece - with little effort and lots of enjoyment. The Berry Overnight Oats with berry jam also taste very special to children and are bear-strongly delicious without any granulated sugar.

For 2 persons I Preparation time: 20 minutes I Cooling time: at least 6 hours

Ingredients

For the Overnight Oats:
100g 3Bears Porridge Triple Berry
200 ml milk

For the berry compote:
150 g mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
100 ml apple juice
½ tsp cinnamon
1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg
1 tablespoon agave syrup

Additionally: 200g Greek yoghurt
For decoration: mixed berries



Preparation

  1. For the topping, wash all berries or let them thaw slightly. Put them in a pot with apple juice, cinnamon, nutmeg and agave syrup and bring to the boil, then let them thicken over low heat for 10-15 minutes. Let it cool down well and then put it in a cool place.
  2. Mix the 3Bears Porridge three pieces of berry with the milk in a storage tin (or in 2 3Bears Porridge Overnight Oats glasses, half the quantity each).
  3. Place in the refrigerator and leave to soak overnight (but at least 6 hours).
  4. The next morning, divide the Overnight Oats into 2 glasses. Pour the berry compote over them. Finish with the Greek yoghurt as the last layer.
  5. Garnish with mixed berries as desired.
