The 6 best Overnight Oats recipes for a healthy breakfast

Summer, sun - the temperature is rising, and now instead of a warm breakfast in the morning we would rather have something refreshing. But if you still don't want to do without the wonderfully wholesome oatmeal, try Overnight Oats. You can enjoy them cold and with fresh summer fruits as topping! Fresh from the bear's den and matching our new Overnight-Oats Glass, we have put together our favourite Overnight Oats recipes for you. The perfect meal prep for your start into the day! Each recipe takes less than 5 minutes to prepare (most take just 3 minutes). Perfect for those warm summer days, it's quick to prepare, lasts a long time, and is full of iron, fiber, and complex carbohydrates.

We have put together at least one recipe for each of our porridge varieties. All varieties have been extensively tested by the 3Bears team and of course tried! With each recipe you will receive a suggestion for a 3Bears porridge variety, as well as fresh toppings. Additionally, all recipes are perfectly suited for vegans, as you can use vegan milk alternatives just as well. So your Overnight Oats will always be just right! Basic Recipe

  1. Mix the 3Bears Porridge with the liquid of your choice (milk or a vegan variant such as almond, coconut or rice milk) in a jar or our 3Bears Overnight Oats Glass. This mixture is then placed in the refrigerator overnight (at least 6 hours), covered, at a maximum of 7 degrees Celsius.
  2. With our Overnight Oats jar, the guidelines give you the amount of oatmeal and liquid. However, if you are using a simple glass, our guideline is 50g porridge and 100ml milk.
  3. The next morning, garnish the porridge with all the fresh toppings (see the recipes for suggestions). Put the lid on and off to work or a picnic in the country!overnight oats Haferflocken porridge gesund diät
