You can never have enough new ideas and inspiration - today our guest blogger Bika has another breakfast tip for you. If you need to get up quickly in the morning on the way to work or before university, these healthy breakfast muffins with blueberries are perfect. They can be prepared at the weekend and you'll have something to look forward to on Monday!
For 12 muffins | Preparation time: 15 minutes | Baking time: 20 minutes
250g blueberries
150g wholemeal spelt flour
125g 3Bears Porridge Banana & Poppy Seed
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 eggs
50ml sunflower oil or coconut oil
200ml milk or plant-based alternative
2 tablespoons agave syrup or honey
Butter
Breadcrumbs
Since the muffins are not so sweet, they are more suitable for breakfast or as a snack for in between. But with a little sugar and wheat flour instead of wholemeal spelt flour they are also great as dessert! For even more variety, try the muffins with our other flavours! Triple Berry, Finest Cocoa or Fruity Coconut also taste great!
