Cinnamon apple granola with cardamom

Porridge lovers beware! You can prepare this fruity and spicy crunchy cereal in less than ten minutes. Simply enjoy it either pure with milk from your favourite cereal bowl or upgrade your yoghurt bowl. Shh... You can also just nibble it straight off the tray. Because the crunchy apple pieces with a fine cardamom-cinnamon note are simply irresistible!

Ingredients

  • 100g 3Bears Porridge Cinnamon Apple
  • 80g coarse oat flakes (e.g. 3Bears Porridge Pithy Classic)
  • 30g sesame
  • 5 tablespoons rape oil
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon rose water
  • ½ TL Cardamom (ground)
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and spread them evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  2. Bake the mixture for about 20 minutes in the preheated oven at 180˚C and let it cool down on the baking tray.
  3. Now you can fill your granola into a nice, airtight glass or simply crunch it up immediately with milk or yoghurt and fresh fruit!
