Low calorie apple-cinnamon smoothie

...autumn is just around the corner and what could be more fabulous for this time of year than an apple-cinnamon smoothie? The smoothie can be prepared directly with the pure porridge mixture or with 3Bears Porridge Flakes, which are already soaked overnight. It goes in no time at all and all you need is a mixer. Breakfast has rarely been so easy!

Ingredients

5 minutes | 1 portion

Calories per portion: 264 kcal

Preparation

  1. Put 3Bears Porridge with almond milk, almond paste and honey into a blender jug and mix well. This works well with any blender - from a stand mixer to a blender stick.
  2. Alternatively, you can soak the flakes and almond milk overnight: this makes the oat flakes even easier to digest and gives the flavours even more time to develop. The next morning you mix this overnight oats mixture with almond paste and honey.
  3. And ready is your fabulous autumnal smoothie!
