Nutty Cocoa Porridge

Whether spring, summer, autumn or winter - with Porridge you can simply have a fabulous start to the day all year round! But especially now, when it is often still fresh and grey outside in the morning, it is simply great to start the day with something warm in your stomach #exactlyright. This great recipe, which by the way was written by our co-founder Caroline, is just right.

For 2 Persons | Preparation Time: 15 Minutes


For the Porridge:
100g 3Bears Porridge Fine Chocolate
300 ml almond milk (unsweetened)

For the Topping: 1 tablespoon hazelnuts
1 tablespoon almond sticks
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon almond paste (unsweetened)



  1. Mix 3Bears Porridge with the almond milk in a saucepan and simmer over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Stir until the porridge thickens. Divide the warm porridge into two bowls.
  2. Coarsely chop the hazelnuts and roast them with the almond sticks while stirring. When the nuts are slightly brown, stir in the maple syrup.
  3. Drizzle some almond paste onto each of the two bowls of porridge, cover with the roasted nuts and garnish with more toppings as desired.
Hint: Try the recipe with oat milk for even more oat power! Have fun and bon appétit!
