Easter is just around the corner and this year many of us will probably celebrate differently than expected. The flight to the Easter holiday is cancelled, spatial distance from friends and family makes plans fall through... Your Easter is(is)t different - nevertheless, with 3Bears it will be #exactlyright!
Instead of with the whole family, you might celebrate Easter this year with just two or alone. Without having to bake elaborately, you want your table to be appealing and enjoyable even in small groups? Then Overnight Oats are just the right thing! Prepared the evening before, you can start with the topping on Easter morning. There are no limits to your fantasy when making toppings, and the pleasure is not only for the palate. Easter is(isn't)t different - we have conjured up the slightly different recipes for your Easter brunch for you, off you go with our spring-like Overnight Oats dream.
For 2 persons I Preparation time: 20 minutes I Cooling time: at least 6 hours
Place in the refrigerator and leave to soak overnight (at least 6 hours).
For the apricot puree, wash the apricots and cut them into small pieces; boil them down in a small pot together with vanilla and lime juice for about 5 minutes.
Spread the apricot puree on the porridge jars.
Roast the nuts in the pan in coconut oil. Add maple syrup and caramelise for a few minutes. Pour onto the two porridge bowls
