Protein-rich berry smoothie

Hafer Beeren Smoothie viel Protein kalorienarm

This berry smoothie can be prepared directly with the pure 3Bears Porridge mix or with 3Bears Porridge flakes that have already been soaked overnight. It goes in no time at all and you only need a mixer for this.

Ingredients

5 minutes (without soaking time) | 1 portion

Calories per portion: 281 kcal

Preparation

  1. Place 3Bears Porridge with milk, mixed frozen berries, acai powder, chia and agave syrup in a blender jug and mix well. This works well with any blender - from a stand mixer to a blender stick.
  2. Alternatively, you can soak the 3Bears Porridge Flakes with milk overnight: this makes the oat flakes even easier to digest and the flavours have even more time to develop. The next morning you mix this Overnight Oats mix with mixed frozen berries, acai powder, chia and agave syrup.
  3. And ready is your bear-strong berry smoothie!

    Hint: Try this recipe with coconut milk and a splash of lime juice. This is a quick, fresh vegan treat!
