With 33 degrees in the shade, the bears sweat a lot! That's why we are very happy to tell our friends from Luicella's Ice Cream very grateful for this refreshing summer recipe - a classic ice cream sandwich with oat biscuits from our 3Bears Porridge Pithy Classic, quick and easy to prepare. Luicella's Ice Cream, as well as 3Bears Porridge does not use any chemicals - we do not use any flavours or colourings (even in ice cream) in this recipe. This is 100% natural Summer enjoyment. The gourmets among you will love it!
Cream butter, sugar, vanilla, salt and cinnamon in a bowl with a hand mixer and gradually add the egg.
Mix the flour and baking soda in a second bowl and stir it into the butter-sugar mixture.
Mix in the 3Bears Porridge Kernigen Classic.
Chill the dough for at least an hour.
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Roll 10 walnut-sized balls out of the dough, place them at a distance on a baking tray lined with baking paper and press slightly flat.
Bake the cookies for about 8-10 minutes and let them cool down on the baking tray.
Cut the cup of your favourite Luicella's Ice Cream into 5 finger-wide slices and make your own ice cream sandwich.
