Three berry vitamin porridge for the cold days

When it freezes outside and the flakes fall from the sky, it is time to prepare for the cold days. Make yourself #bear strong! Do something good for yourself and spoil yourself with the vitamin-rich fruit porridge from oneslicemore. This can also be prepared wonderfully with the Thermomix.

Did you know that 150-200g of berries are enough to cover your vitamin C needs for 24 hours? So put them in the delicious Bowl!

Preparation time: approx. 5-10 minutes | For 2 bowls


Ingredients

For the Porridge:
  • 100g 3Bears Porridge Tripple Berries
  • 300ml almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla pulp
  • 1 handful of berries (frozen)
For the toppings:
  • 1 fig
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons chocolate chips
  • 1/2 banana

    Preparation:

      1. For the berry porridge, mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for about 3 minutes on a medium heat until it thickens.
        (Alternatively, the porridge can also be prepared fabulously with the Thermomix. Just let it simmer for about 8-9 minutes at 100°C on level 2)
      2. Cut the figs into eighths and the banana into thin slices.
      3. Spread the porridge on two bowls and arrange the toppings on top. For very sweet bears you can also use a small spoonful of honey or agave syrup.
