Vegan Golden Porridge with Curcuma

Ingredients

Calories per serving: 299 kcal

  • 50g 3Bears Porridge Core Classic
  • 150ml coconut milk
  • 1 level teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons low-fat yoghurt (also soya or coconut yoghurt for vegan enjoyment!)
  • 1 teaspoon cashews
  • 1 teaspoon coconut flakes
  • ½ Fig

    Preparation

    1. Mix 3Bears Porridge with coconut milk, turmeric, salt and vanilla in a pot. Bring to the boil briefly on the stove while stirring, then allow to thicken for a few minutes over a low heat. Stir from time to time. Alternatively, you can also prepare the porridge in the microwave.
    2. Mix 3Bears Porridge with coconut milk, turmeric, salt and vanilla directly in a bowl. Heat in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes at medium heat (600 watts). Then stir and heat for another minute.
    3. Leave to stand briefly until the porridge is wonderfully creamy.

    5. Place the yoghurt in the form of a line on the warm porridge and place figs on one side of the yoghurt and cashews on the other side. Finally, complete the taste magic with coconut flakes.
    6. Now you can enjoy a magically aromatic porridge!
