Berry Overnight Oats with Berry Compote

Easter is different - Even if there are only a few people at the Easter table this year or you celebrate Easter alone - you shouldn't miss out on the enjoyment! That's why we'll provide you with lots of fabulous recipe inspiration for your Easter brunch until Easter. This will turn your Easter table into a culinary masterpiece - with little effort and a lot of enjoyment. The berry overnight oats with berry compote are particularly tasty for children and are extremely tasty without any granulated sugar.

For 2 people I Preparation time: 20 minutes I Cooling time: at least 6 hours

Ingredients

For the overnight oats:
100g 3Bears Porridge Three kinds of berries
200ml milk

For the berry compote:
150 g mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
100ml apple juice
½ tsp cinnamon
1 pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
1 tbsp agave syrup

Additionally: 200g Greek yogurt
For decoration: mixed berries

 



Preparation

  1. For the topping, wash all the berries or let them thaw slightly. Put the apple juice, cinnamon, nutmeg and agave syrup in a pot and bring to the boil, then let it thicken uncovered over a low heat for 10-15 minutes. Allow to cool thoroughly and then refrigerate.
  2. Mix 3Bears Porridge three types of berries with the milk in a storage container (or half the amount in two 3Bears Porridge Overnight Oats glasses ).
  3. Place in the refrigerator and let it soak overnight (at least 6 hours).
  4. The next morning, divide the overnight oats into 2 glasses. Layer the berry compote on top. Finish with the Greek yogurt as the final layer.
  5. Garnish with mixed berries if desired.
