Ingredients for a smoothie:
1/4 pineapple
1 mango
3 apricots
3/4 banana
3 tbsp 3Bears Porridge Exotic fruits
1 tbsp agave syrup
Toppings:
Chia seeds
linseed
Coconut chips
3Bears Porridge Exotic fruits
1/2 apricot
1/4 banana
Preparation:

Puree the smoothie ingredients in the blender.

Pour the smoothie into a bowl (or into a peeled pineapple) and decorate with the toppings.
