These make any ice cream look old: our ice-cold overnight oats with liquid strawberry centre and crunchy chocolate. Our strawberry overnight oats are not only great as breakfast, but can also be easily converted into cool desserts. Overnight oats actually swell overnight, but, for our Noble Strawberry we made it 10 minutes. So nothing stands in the way of spontaneous fruity refreshment on hot summer days.
Ingredients
For 2 servings
100g overnight oats noble strawberry
200ml milk
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 handful of fresh strawberries
100g dark chocolate
Preparation
Mix the overnight oats with milk and yogurt and let them soak for about 10 minutes. You can put 2 strawberries aside for decoration. Puree the remaining strawberries.
In the next step, divide the overnight oats into two glasses or two bowls. Use the spoon to make a small well in the middle and pour in the strawberry puree. This will later create a beautiful strawberry seed.
Now melt the chocolate in a water bath and then spread it over the overnight oats. And then: put it in the fridge - the whole thing tastes best iced and the chocolate becomes so crunchy. For decoration, you can cut open 1-2 strawberries and place them on the chocolate layer.
