Our Pumpkin Spice Mix brings the trendy spice mixture directly into your overnight oats jar with dates, apricots, cinnamon and nutmeg. Because we think it's so good that it's too good for coffee and cake alone. These overnight oats will bring colour into your grey autumn routine (and your Instagram feed).
Ingredients
Base
50g Pumpkin Spice Organic Porridge
100ml Plant Drink
2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
100g Plant-based Yogurt
½ tsp Pumpkin Spice Spices or Cinnamon
Preparation
Mix the pumpkin spice organic porridge with 100ml of plant-based drink and 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree in a bowl and layer alternately with half of the plant-based yoghurt in a glass. Place covered in the refrigerator overnight. Before serving, top with the remaining plant-based yogurt and a little pumpkin spice or cinnamon.
