Ingredients:

For the smoothie base:

  • 1 frozen banana (in pieces)
  • 100 g frozen strawberries
  • 50 g frozen raspberries (optional for extra color)
  • 100 ml oat or almond milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds or flax seeds (for extra fiber)

For the topping:

  • 2-3 tbsp 3Bears Granola Coconut Cocoa
  • Fresh strawberries, halved
  • A handful of fresh blueberries
  • Optional: coconut flakes or mint leaves for decoration

Preparation:

  1. Mix a smoothie
    Place frozen banana, strawberries, raspberries, plant-based milk, and chia seeds in a blender and blend until creamy and thick.
