In the next few weeks on the run up to Christmas we want to enchant you every now and then with wonderful and particularly fabulous Christmas porridge recipes.
Today's recipe wasn't written by us, but it's still exactly right. It requires a little more effort so, our one tip is to sprinkle roasted nuts, fresh tangerines or a little vanilla over your finished porridge or, be a little more daring and try fruits that you rarely eat. We recently combined cashews with Cape gooseberries. Excitingly different and just right!
So now here's the recipe - have fun with porridge and spicy compote made from apples and cranberries.
