Yeast dumplings with a twist – as creamy overnight oats!
In our breakfast version , poppy-seeded banana porridge meets sweet plum jam and creamy yogurt. Our overnight oats are completely sugar-free and vegan.
The best part: As always, the refrigerator takes over the main role - simply mix porridge with (plant-based) milk and let it soak overnight.
The next morning, all you need to do is layer: first the oats, then the plum jam, more oats - and finally yogurt and poppy seeds on top.
Super delicious and perfect as a sweet breakfast or as a dessert!
Ingredients
Overnight Oats
100g 3Bears Poppy Banana Porridge
200ml (plant-based) milk
2 tbsp plum jam
Toppings
3 tbsp (vegetable) vanilla yoghurt/skyr
1 tbsp poppy seeds
preparation
For the basic recipe, mix the porridge and (plant-based) milk well in a bowl. Then simply cover and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 3 hours.
Then layer: first add half of the overnight oats to the jar, then spread the plum jam on top. Cover with the second half of the oats.
Finally, top with yogurt and poppy seeds – your fruity, creamy breakfast is ready!
