We have found the perfect match! The fruity, nutty note of our Porridge Oil - Apricot Kernel goes perfectly with our Cinnamon Apple Porridge. Not only does it taste delicious warm in winter, but it also goes really well as overnight oats. The whole thing is then topped with yogurt, caramelised apple pieces and our porridge oil. We promise you, this recipe will definitely become a favourite on your breakfast table.
Ingredients
50g 3Bears Porridge Cinnamon Apple100ml oat drink
50g soy yogurt
1 apple
20g erythritol
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp 3Bears Porridge Oil - Apricot Kernel
Preparation
Mix 3Bears Porridge Cinnamon Apple with liquid in the glass. Place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight. Put erythritol in a pan and wait until it becomes liquid. In the meantime, cut an apple into small pieces. Put the apple in the pan, add the cinnamon and caramelise for 4-5 minutes. Layer the soy yogurt on the oats and top with cinnamon and 3Bears Porridge Oil - Apricot Kernel.
