Whether it's Noble Strawberry, Golden Mango, Coconut Cocoa, Iced Coffee or Banana Split - every single variety is not just delicious, it's super tasty, and as always, without any additives.

With our practical overnight oats jar on top (FOR FREE), preparing overnight oats is a breeze. Measuring cups and scales are superfluous thanks to the guidelines. You can choose between our standard overnight oats jar or our community jar.

Overnight Oats – Banana Split: 73% wholegrain oat flakes, dried banana pieces, roasted cocoa nibs.

Overnight Oats – Noble Strawberry: 66% wholegrain oat flakes, dried date pieces, 6% freeze-dried strawberry pieces, linseeds, pumpkin seeds.

Overnight Oats - Golden Mango: 67% wholegrain oat flakes, dried date pieces, 4% freeze-dried mango pieces, 4% dried mango pieces, sunflower seeds, linseeds.

Overnight Oats - Coconut Cocoa: 71.5% wholegrain oat flakes, dried date pieces, 5% reduced-fat cocoa powder, 3% roasted cocoa nibs, 3% grated coconut.

Overnight oats - Iced Coffee Type: 64.5% wholegrain oat flakes, dried date pieces, dried apricot pieces, 1 % coffee extract, 1% reduced-fat cocoa powder.

Contains cereals containing gluten. May contain traces of milk, celery, soy, egg and mustard.

Easy preparation

Pour 50g of overnight oats into the jar - it's particularly easy with the guidelines on our overnight oats jar.
Top up with 100ml plant drink, milk or water.
It is best to place it in the refrigerator overnight (at least 6 hours).
Garnish with toppings of your choice and enjoy

Sehr schmackhaftes und gut sättigendes Porridge. Durch die Mischung kann man jeden Tag eine andere Geschmacks-richtung essen und es wird nicht zu eintönig. Im Glas kann man es nett anrichten und auch auf die Arbeit mitnehmen. Hält dicht und es läuft nichts aus. Ich bin begeistert.

Are 3Bears products suitable for people with gluten-free dietary needs?

Gluten sensitivities are very individual! The oats we use in our products are naturally gluten-free. However, during cultivation and processing, cross-contamination with other gluten-containing grains can occur. While the gluten content in oats is typically low, it is not zero.

For absolute clarity, we always recommend consulting with a doctor or a nutritionist regarding gluten sensitivities.
